How are appraisals and inspections impacting the current real estate market?
In this episode of Seyboth Sessions, Kyle discusses the difficulties of the current market during appraisals and inspections. Although purchasing power is strong, the seller cannot sell the property for more than the appraiser values it unless the buyer is willing to come up with the difference. Also, during inspections buyer’s are experiencing buyer’s remorse due to being rushed. Kyle is looking for the market to soon stabilize in 2021.
